Milad Tower , Iran


 Milad tower (برج میلاد - Borj e Milad) is a multi purpose tower located in north west of Tehran near Shahrak e Gharb neighborhood. It is the tallest tower in Iran with a height of 435 meters. It is also the 6th tallest tower in the world. The design of the tower is a beautiful example of Persian architecture having an octagonal base.


Milad tower is visible from almost everywhere in Tehran and therefore, is now being considered a modern icon of the Iranian capital.

It is also considered as business, cultural and entertainment hub due to the various facilities and sections it contains. There are all kinds of social  and cultural events that take place here through out the year also the fact that many live TV shows and news are recorded from the top of the tower.

 Milad Tower is a part of The Tehran International Trade and Convention Centre Complex. The project consists of the Milad telecommunication tower offering restaurants at the top with panoramic views of Tehran, a five-star hotel, a convention center, a world trade center, and an IT park.
  One of the special features of Milad Tower is its worlds biggest revolving restaurant which has a capacity to accommodate 500 diners. On top of the revolving restaurant there is an open observation deck which provides a 360 degree view of Tehran.
